2018, Kenya - Maasai Mara
I was watching the migration in the Maasai Mara, with my guide Mike Carr-Hartley, and was looking out for interesting compositions, because it's actually quite hard to create a unique image from this annual spectacle. There are hundreds of photographs produced every year...so I zoomed close in with my telephoto lens onto a hill filled with wildebeest, and these zebra walked through the group...the compression of distance lends a nice feel to this image.
