We were waiting for a leopard to come out kid the bush in the Masai Mara, Kenya. Our guide happened to look behind us and noticed there were a few giraffes interacting. We decided that would be a more engaging opportunity so backed up to watch them. There were two young bulls sparring, but not in a serious manner. It looked like the older bull was teaching the younger one. He was pushing him occasionally, making contact but gently. Their movements were slow and elegant, often synchronized. It was more like a dance than a contest of skills.
